Who We Are
We're a team of professional therapists, meditation teachers, and yoga instructors who share the same goal: getting you through life’s daily challenges.
Practicing mindfulness can be a powerful way to decrease stress, depression and anxiety. We believe that applying mindfulness tools in specific meditations can give you a deeper connection to your practice. That’s why we’ve created a curriculum that covers a broad range of issues.
No matter who you are, or where you are with your practice, we'll help you integrate positive mindfulness meditations into your daily life.
